is it possible to save something as a random file extension like test.jfdrdf and then "include" that in index.php?

say if i have a list of files that I want to include. I put those file names with "include" php code in a file and save it as myFile.fdjgbdkf (random file extension) and then include myFile.fdjgbdkf in my index.php. Is that possible?

so when I include myFile.fdjgbdkf, all the "includes" get included?

I am talking about php since no one is in php room i came here
