@ObiWanWesabi when I grab something like a blog post from the database, would it be typical to go ahead and get the author's info (at least the immediately relevant stuff?

As opposed to making a a different ajax request for user info?

the less queries you do, the better gets performance. so if you use join JOIN authors ON rows.authorID = authors.ID will be better @m59
