Ok I just kept looking over your sample repo and messing with my code and everything is working now! Just one more quick question. Is there any advantage to not putting an all-encompassing package.json at /functions instead of per function like /function/MyFunc/package.json? Does it help with performance to do so on the lambda end of things? It's much easier for me to store all my packages in a single package.json

Here is what I am finding out in my tests. Each function is bundled separately, so I am not sure putting a single package.json at the root will work. I am going to say to be safe, it is better to make one sub-directory for each function.
