actually it's working fine on first submit
when i submit the form with the new values 2nd time its going into database
if i again enter the same values and submit it's entering all the three blocks if and else condition
again data is getting added and even its showing data exists
ad if i again enter the values and submit for the third time. the values are getting added 3times
