We have edit field with radio button option so tag_name belongs to editfield and checked belongs to radio button value so by default checked will be no (false) so bsically all process will be dynamically.

is it possible to attached screenshot in this room?

for starting,
1. make a pojo Class and store all checked and tag_name values into List<String> into pojo class
2. then get object pojo class and loop through the object and add values into Jsonobject and add JsonObjects into jsonarray ,
3. end result will be your desire output
