I want to achieve real time camera bulge feature in android and trying to manipulate camera preview by applying bulge filter to frame of camera but I am unable to do so as camera preview is very fast and any filter I have need to be executed in background task.. @TheLittleNaruto There were 10 gurus, Starting from guru nanak dev ji, the first one, ending at Guru Gobind Singh ji, the 10th one. Guru Gobind Singh Ji forbade sikhs from having any more guru and told them to assume "Granth Sahib" as their guru, hence, the only guru now is, "Guru Granth Sahib", which is holy text, with writing from various writers, like Kabir Ji, and various gurus too.

They read it in gurudwara (the pathis) and assume it their god

apart from Guru Granth Sahib, there are other holy texts too, but Guru Granth Sahib is final authority

and I don't know why sikhs append "Sahib" at the end of everything, like Gurudwara sahib, guru sahib, and when calling each other formally, singh sahib (orthodox sikhs do that)

@TheLittleNaruto well, I don't know if you'll be able to read it. Its not in punjabi, its Gurmukhi, the originator language of punjabi. So, even if you somehow learn punjabi, the book won't make any sense to you. I have studied gurmukhi a bit, and it doesn't make any sense to me either

gurmukhi is script of punjabi, just like devnagri is script of hindi

If you want read Holy Book Geeta, You must take a shower and find a clean place where you can not be disturbed. It can be your home temple. or anything where you can read it peacefully.

@TheLittleNaruto I've never seen Guru Granth sahib in anyone's house, bought by anyone, just to read it. Thing is, they treat it with great respect, and if you take one home, you take it from gurudwara, it has to be placed upon a wooden stand specially made, something like palki, covered with clothe and many other things. While transferring it, they carry it upon their heads and few other things too

while reading it, you have to take shower etc, you don't touch your mouth while turning pages etc

you see, those things are pretty debated. I've seen people even debating 4 udasis(yatras) of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, by saying that how can a guy travel so long journeys, on his feet, in one lifetime. I mean, those are pretty long journeys in fact.

but, I can tell you a general answer to this.

You just need to find the reason behind his udasis. He just had one/two reasons for those long trips, and if you find them, you'll have your answer, that why he even begun those pilgrimages
