I would shutdown your computer first

no but now no files i was working with phonegap

then I would take the harddrive out of your computer and mount it on a second computer and recover the deleted data

well phonegap that may makes it easier...

no the files cant be recovered because i removed the platform first then i add platform again

this process removes my all htm files present inside app

but the files are possible not overridden on your harddive they are properbly just maked as deleted on your file system table

no now there are no files in my project

however you can pull your app from your device then you just need to open that apk file since it is a normal zip file then you may can recover your html files from res/raw or asserts

I did already

basically you just write blocks of data on a hard drive when you delete it the block is just maked as empty so the data can been overridden. if you are fast enough the data are still there, but you need to turn off your mashine and use a file recovery on a differnt mashine

What is difference between action.MAIN and category.LAUNCHER described in intent-filter of an activity?

CATEGORY_LAUNCHER means it should appear in the Launcher as a top-level application.

Means, you can see the app in the menu of installed app on device.

@GurumoorthyArumugam You can do many things for that, if you know the play store URL of your apps, you can list them within your app and clicking on any lead the user to that specific app's link on play store.

Also, launching playstore from your app for specific app, is kinda easy.

You can do like this:

id is your app's package name

The other way is, you can feed apps details on your server's DB which will have app name, app url, app icon as a record and have a web service which will fetch data from the DB and you can show it within your app then. :) @Guru

But keep in mind, bitmap returned by this Util may be null if the video is corrupt so you'll have to take care of that.
