The localhost refers to the device on which the code is running, in this case the emulator.

If you want to refer to the computer which is running the Android simulator, use the IP address 10.0.2.2 instead.

@CapDroid i checked but all phone takes value from values-large folder, i tested on 4 devices.

and they have different density

px= Device's width = 720
dpi= Device's density= 320

formula given

px = dp * (dpi / 160)

interchanging formula because we have px's value

dp = px / (dpi / 160)

now putting value,

dp= 720 / (320/160);
dp=360.

so values-sw360dp will do the job

I can save parent data

but thr is problem with child List which is not shown at server side

this textview R.id.songtext must be inside layout of which you set as setContentView(R.layout.your_layout) in main activity.
