I understand what you mean but it should be: "Wie viele Jahre Erfahrung haben Sie in der IT?" as the formal variant. But you can use the informal variant here: "Wie viele Jahre Erfahrung hast du in der IT?". Job related about 3-4 in real since the early 2000. And only android related since the early beta stages
