Q: How to convert BLOB to Binary then retrive it from Sqlite?

What type has PicT1 at DB? What blobtype?
Did you try queries like this: 1) SELECT hex(PicT1) FROM HTNlist 2) 1) SELECT quote(PicT1) FROM HTNlist ?

quote(PicT1) gives me the same error. hex(PicT1) is giving another error "Byte data not found at ........"

yeah, not so simple case. jdbc driver doesnot support blob and stream
maybe need to write some java code to convert string to byte array
