From what I understand - You can host Docker outside of DigitalOcean, from what I understand it's a container that you can set up to mimic your production server. So for example, with a LAMP project your Docker container would have PHP, Apache, MySQ etc. You then develop inside your container.

@SagorAhmed I have told you twice today that rendering html as image would not work. Here is why: webpage is not image. You are getting html, the stuff that webpage is made of. But wepage is not image. You cannot ask photoshop to open a website as an image. Neither can your browser. Browser does not provide a way for you to capture screenshot on the webpage.
