I have customCollectionViewCell in which two views are shown. when i swipe up first view. i want to disable collectionView scrolling until view is swiped down. how can do that from customCollectionViewCell. anyone knows anything?

TL;DR: I've been outside of iOS world for ~18 months, now I need to start a new project from scratch using Swift and there are a few things I would like to know, but not waste time reading hundreds of articles:
- which networking lib? Alamofire or any new alternative?
- which reactive lib? RxSwift?
- MVC or MVVM or what else?
- which dependency injection lib? (I don't know any)

also JSONModel is the thing to go or Swift can do serialization on its own?

I have three cells in my customCollectionviewCell at same time. middle one is full and previous and next cells some portion is visible. cells show imageView. I want middle cell more focused and other two some lightened. how can i do that ? . if i reduced the alpha of imageview all the cells gets faded.

if you reduced alpha of imageview then it only affect on Imageview not whole cell

check you code and property window again
