in .h file u neeed to import #import <CoreLocation/CoreLocation.h> and then delegate CLLocationManagerDelegate after that @property(nonatomic,strong)CLLocationManager *cllocation; and .m file self.cllocation = [[CLLocationManager alloc] init];
self.cllocation.delegate = self;
if ([self.cllocation respondsToSelector:@selector(requestWhenInUseAuthorization)]) {
[self.cllocation requestWhenInUseAuthorization];
}
//[self.cllocation requestAlwaysAuthorization];

unregisterForRemoteNotifications is not working for iOS >8
