did settings for cllocation manager require for latest iOS

for using corelocation

u need to add two authorize related info in .plist ifle

then it will work in ios8

with autolayout i dont know how to handle scroll view it changes position if on load of a view and when i set it to (0,0) on viewdidAppear it sets perfectly .. but on load it animates and set
