I know that its possible with a remote notification but I don't find a method that does this with a local notification
I have this method
- (void)application:(UIApplication *)application handleActionWithIdentifier:(NSString *)identifier forLocalNotification:(UILocalNotification *)notification completionHandler:(void(^)())completionHandler{
But it's never being called

But want I want to do is the following

The user receives a push notification when the app is in the background

But it does not see this notification.

So what I want is to save this notifcation and show it on the first screen when you open the app

Without the user clicked on the notification in the notifcation center
