@ShobhakarTiwari its require to hightlight when user select this , required to use button , also on site they use button which highlights

ek logic batao to. when we create new contact in iphone, there is a option for "add field" at below.on tapping it will show few option. out of those When se select "prefix" it will place the filed above the name. when we select "middle name" it will place in between "First name" and "Last name"
