@Cjames Have you seen some libraries out there in android-arsenal familiar to what I'm whining about last month? the grid view with listview-like memory management pattern but that can have both scroll bars at the same time?

The way people use annotations is similar to how I use implicit conversions in Scala: it looks convenient, but it masks a lot of stuff you should be aware of
