you can specify your versions, and access all of them concurrently,

and they share data

then you set which one is the "default" versions

Although I don't think that this call command service can be controlled from more than 1 place so you'd have to replace the standard in call app which means you could modify it directly since you don't need to re-invent it.

InCallUi is meant to be the only app that can handle in call functionality to prevent that malicous apps can call premium hotlines and do other nasty things. Your best bet to change how in call ui works is to replace that app with something else on a custom firmware
