i just changed jdk dependency in intelliJ, and i attempted to recompile a Class A, however i was given an error saying that the class that A extended could not be found. I recompiled this extended Class B, then went back to A and recompiled it. There was no longer an issue.

why did I have to recompile the super class after jdk dependency change for subclasses to recognize that the super class existed?

@ItachiUchiha I'm trying to create a class which can read myCSV file, parse it, and store it into a collection of your Model class. A Controller class which will then take this collection, and display it in my JTable, and in my Map. My idea of importing it onto my Jtable

Hi, I started working with OpenJML tool and I need to verify Java 8 code, but OpenJML tool support only Java 7 code, I would like to know if its possible to convert " .collect(Collectors.toMap(x -> x.getId(), x -> x)) " to Java 7? (I only have a part of the project)

@JohnnyCoder Thanks a lot for your help. I have one more difiiculty. Due to some unavoidable reasons I somehow want to have my jar file included on webpage. Now if I upload jar file on client side or webpage I will be facing security issues as anyone can download and decompile my jar file which contains code for my program.

So could please suggest me how can I secure my jar file? Is there any way by which I can hide my jar file or encryot it or make it totally inaccessible to outside world or users and let alone allow my program to access it to carry out operations...?
