untill and unless users saves the form, he wont be able to attach the file

and when he saves the file, hidAttach is generated..

if you want to get first N prime number one efficient way is to use Eroatostene Sieve

So, the definition of the prime number is this: A Prime Number can be divided evenly only by 1, or itself. And it must be a whole number greater than 1.
