A: No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI, Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

In the URI, you also need to pass an Id. The requested URI should be http://127.0.0.1:8080/api/service/markets/1 where 1 can be replaced with any valid Id. If you don't need to pass an Id, you don't need to have that as a parameter in the Markets method of ServiceController.

try accessing url 127.0.0.1:8080/api/service/markets/1 in browser and see if even that works or not.

How do you know that your webapi is running at 127.0.0.1:8080?

xsp server is configured @127.0.0.1 and on 8080 port

Shouldn't you have your application name before /api and after 8080/ then?
