I have read it , but i need to ensure this its true that i cant post any question later or i can post within few days ? what i can do to have the ability to post questions again ? it isn't clear in the article , please help me ? any body have an idea about what i can do please

@nicedream Did you also read the section entitled "How long do I have to wait before I can post again?"

In short, you need to improve your existing questions drastically or else the ban will remain permanently. Not even moderators can remove it.
