C++ Questions and Answers

hello everybody :)

I am currently trying to do template matching in C++

openCV

but htis is the problem I am currently facing:

seems like both shapes are conseidered as being the same although they are totally different.

left: input img
middle: template
right: output, where the rectangle indicates the region which is the same as the template

Does anybody have an idea of what I may be doing wrong?
