maybe... i installed new version ubuntu for couple of days ago, maybe i have forgotten to install something, thats why it is not working

but, i need only browser jdk and tomcat. that's all

i didn't checkedout your app from git, but i copied all your classes and code

and i had 404 error

don't forget about pom.xml

copied only dependecies

404 -- what was that? Not found?

any stack trace?

or should i <properties> and <build> as well?

give me a sec, i have to roll back all, coz i started to test everything on tomcat 7

i will give more detail info in 5-10 min

try to build and deploy my app on tomcat 8, just to make sure the problem is not in environment configuration
