I noticed that for failed uploads you can use failedUploadtextDisplay and set the mode="custom". This then gets the json "error":"My error" text from the response and shows this under the file. That works great. I can send back a "file exists" message if user tried to upload same file again. Why not have something like that for failed deletes? For delete there is no mode. You can only set the deletingFailedText text.
