oh, because I have become familiar with typical puppy reactions. They mostly go like this "I hate... " or "This .... sucks" or something along those lines
@Ell well, if you go read some of the side effects of these supposed pills that are supposed to help people with depression, you'd be scared to come near them
@Ell Pills aid proper treatment. Don't be afraid, go find a psychologist that will get a hang of your situation, talk to him like a friend, and if you feel very comfortable, and that he's very trustworthy, much like a friend, you just do what he says.
Unless of course he says something clearly stupid.
You will use pills if such a person tells you it could help, and you won't if they think they can do something about you without that, or medication is risky, etc.
@RadekSlupik I don't know how university is in other countries, but where I live it's extremely dumb. It would be nice if my professors were people like Alexandrescu though, I might actually like attending class in that case.
@RadekSlupik That's always the case, but maybe it gets better as years pass and those people drop out? That's what I heard happens here. But still, even "smart" people here are not that smart...
