well I am 1.71m and I weigh 70 kg

and I bench press like 55-60 kg

i am 185cm and i was at 89kg in may, cutting down at the moment 84

i have been doing cardio a bit its so boring though

what I do is

everytime I start with 5 minutes cardio

trying to shred down before i go over to asia

then my stuff then stomach exercises and finally 5-10 min cardio

how did you learn Thai btw?

just self study. i was in thailand in 2012 and loved it , always wanted to go back there. i know lots of thai people in nz too

this time might go back and stay there if i can find some work teaching english

I've heard there are really cheap houses on the beach

yeah it is cheap there but you can't buy land, only buy the house. only thai citizens can own land
