Fixed, needed to use:
this.getClass().getResourceAsStream(filename)

InputStream input = new FileInputStream("config.properties");
prop.load(input);

1.Let's asume that I have following records in file:

1,"test", "test2", "somemoretext"
2,"test"

No i need to get following output:

id,"test","test2","somemorettext"
1,1,1,1
2,1,0,0

Which indicates how many time given word was found in all records. I wanted to use one job to collect all words to one file on HDFS and second job to count word occurences for all records and output it to file. Is there easier way?
