It might be a little off-topic, but I thought you'd know such things

If I had a switch for multiple servers (raspberry pi) can I set them up to be at 192.168.2.x assuming my 'other' devices are at 192.168.1.x?

And better yet, can I have a switch set up at 192.169.1.x?

I hope you'd understand that I ask you guys, because I don't know what it's called so I can't google it
