I had a Mint UEFI setup, I got the disk warning and it got stuck on a black boot screen

No kernel panics, no apparent errors, couldn't even boot from an ISO

On Win Home idk what can cause that. On Pro it is simple - turn off Hyper-V. They cannot coexist.

sure. should be able to do it even when the new VM is running if the virtual BIOS supports hot swap (which it probably does_

NB I mostly use VMWare but VirtualBox is abt 95% the same

actually you could even go to Create Machine, expert mode, and create a new VM using an existing disk

maybe if the problem isn't the disk but another file, it will boot

@Filnor Is it OK if I incorporate the changes you made to the URRS into the current version? I'd prefer that you'd do a PR (although, the code in that section has changed slightly), but I'm happy to just add it. However, I'd ask that you explicitly release it under the MIT license. Are you willing to do so?

Basically, we're planning to put SOCVR's userscripts under the MIT license, but we're going to have to ask each past contributor to individually release the code they've already contributed (It's a mess to do, but without any license specified from the beginning, it's the best course available, if we want any license at all, which there should be).

If I add your code without a PR from you, then the "history" or "blame" won't show you as the original author to potential future users of the code (there would be a comment that I'd include in the code). Overall, it's cleaner if you agree to release under the MIT license prior to me adding it (or you do a PR, which would be best).

Just saying so here is fine. Or, I can wait for a PR. :-)
