@Enzokie That doesn't really make for a good reason. Just the fact that something is on-topic on another site doesn't make it off-topic here. I'm not disagreeing that it should be closed, just that the reason could be explained better.
@AndréKool Great, you found the easter typo. Have a biscuit :-) (most typos come from the mechanical keyboard. Good for gaming, problematic for typing as it seems.

Do I modflag edit like this one Inlining the image is alright, but adding "please guide me, thanks." is almost vandalism in my book, since it deliberately adds things meta considers to be fluff/noise. I guess they added it because of the character limit for edits, but still
@Sami Depends. If it's correctly highlighting variables and functions, I'm ok. If it's seemingly random formatting (including a bit of bold) then that's one of my pet peeves on here and an instant reject.
@Sami Each to their own on that one. For me it does guide me towards the important parts, so is IMO an improvement, but that's probably just my reading style.
@MichaelDodd Alright, I know they did it only to earn the 2 points, that's ok for me, but when I see the suggester format some words and leave other important things must be edited... well that's not a real edit

@halfer Shouldn't be the case, I've had an answer prepared on a question before, only to receive an error when posting because it had been closed by a gold badge seconds earlier
Does someone have a better idea then use chat for this clarification request. I personally dislike using comments under someones post to get their attention but maybe that is just me.

I think I pinged Nicolas Bolas once for an old burniation request, but he was top answered in tag and I know he's active on meta. I would not advice anyone else to do that and I'm not even sure it was a good move (even if he answered and solved the issue)
That's what I thought, but @PetterFriberg mentioned "that's a power user using anonymous account", and I thought he meant that he knows another identity of the poster.

@HovercraftFullOfEels I'd assume "power user" based on: "Already tested it behind VPN, a server in Europe, and my work machine and at home." I don't think "power user" implied that they were an existing SO user under a different account.
@PetterFriberg Certainly possible. OTOH, the UI, "help", and use of Markdown, make it easy for many "power users" to be able to just jump in and have a reasonably formatted post. The ASCII based graphic is a relatively common thing, going back decades. It would also be common for a subset of "power users" to know how to do that. I could also be plagiarized. Due to the type of content, it's not easy to search for an exact match.
