Review here: stackoverflow.com/review/suggested-edits/14897052 proposed edit added absolutely nothing of value, was actually someone misplacing a comment. Both reviewer and proposer probably need a pointer or so

@Rizier123 I'm not seeing a benefit to reopening only to reclose as a duplicate of the same question asked by the same person. Duplicates are useful if they formulate the same problem in significantly different words. Otherwise, they are just noise.
