and yes, when you get used to it, it's hard to get back, the key feedback is a different feeling

it says its out of stock, why would greens be more expensive than browns/blues

you get the click of the key itself then the clack of the key bottoming out

browns felt crappy to me but ymmv

but still, that's quietly (or maybe not) adding fatigue to your waist, which can start to appear after you reach 30's or 40's

They dont seem to be answering over at the DBA room. i am looking for a tutorial or something that covers advanced SSIS topics like building a package to move data from one sql table, split it up, convert some data, then load into multiple tables.

@BattlFrog what do you need help with? I am sadly acquainted with SSIS

get data from one db as datasource -> pour those data into target database temp table -> deal with the rest on tsql -> \o/

I recently spent six hours trying to get something to work in SSIS until eventually I just said "fuck it, I'll do it in C#" and I was done in an hour.

Hi everyone, i'm having some trouble figuring out how to do something with Entiy Framework.

I'm trying to do the following:

from table1
where Column2 equals (1 & 2 & 3)
select column1

Should return: 0

from table1
where Column2 equals (2 & 3 & 4)
select column1

Should return: null

from table1
where Column2 equals (5 & 6 & 7)
select column1

Should return: 4

SO says that in SQL this is referred to as Relational Division, I can't seem to figure out how to do this in c# and I can't seem to find some samples on how to do this ei…

@RianMostert you want to group on the broadest result you're expecting (Column1) and check which group of IDs corresponds to the value you want (grouping of Column2).

@RianMostert You've got two sets of data - your table, and your 'query' (4 & 5 & 6). You'll see the example you linked to uses GROUP BY and HAVING to do the comparison.

1. Group by the column you want (column1). That will give you a collection of key-value pairs where the key is column1, and the value is a collection of all matching column2.

2. search these kvps for the item where the value matches your query

the key of that item is the result you want
