Normally when I run into this I just comment and let the community vote on whether or not they think it is a dupe unless it is blatantly obvious that it is a dupe. GraveRobber is an attempt to hunt down closed questions which have been cv-pls'ed from this room, and are potentially reopen-worthy (the bot checks for certain edit criteria before reporting any question). Only 3k'ers can access the relevant commands to check for posts (check grave).
