The room owners and a mod joined a chat room ealier today. We talked and found out that there is the start of some mildly rude behavior starting, and we want to stop that before it gets too large. The main take away is to never focus on the person.

That decline was from back when I thought I could put the "custom" explanation in a comment and have that suffice; it was actually the flag where I learned that was not the case.

I limit the rate at which I view questions to regulate how quickly I spend my close votes. Otherwise I run out too soon.

Close votes should scale the same way that flags do. The more questions that you've voted to close that actually end up closed, the more close votes you get.

The way I figure it, if I design my userscript correctly then the site adds a feature or other, it should either work automatically, or be a very simple addition.
