If this room was actually private, I and some others could have actually poured in opinions. I don't think any of us would like to speak exactly freely in here.
@CSᵠ As you can see, it shows you a screen basically telling you to cool off and when you can come back to the room. It's not permanent, it's not like an IRC ban.
@Zirak also, this is non-private. I really think we should strongly highlight within the room that a kick is a warning, not ban. Some newbies get very much annoyed by it and start taking revenge.
If you think about it, a user coming into the room and making everyone really upset would probably be against the rules; therefore making star wars spoilers against the rules is warranted. I stand by it.
@Zirak I just told you the consensus of some people (I can't find the discussion in JS room, but I am sure the same consensus was there too). So while we have that "policy", we should better educate newbies of what kicks mean according to it, is what I am saying
Seeing as how that will be during office hours, i may or may not be present, but that's fine. I don't think I'll have to defend my RO status, but Meredith can testify that I've been helpful.
