The user who posted it had 50-ish rep. Not exactly a 1 rep "New contributor".
The title is just a jumble of words, the body talks about Spring, not Node.js. There isn't really a question there - just the user wanting somebody to answer questions.
In what world is this a useful question?
It also got self-deleted and I can only imagine it's because OP noticed the body and the title/tags didn't match.
My first assumption was that it's some spam attempt where the spam link would be edited later.
