I rather dislike these questions. I don't want to improve it because it's almost unimprovable. Perhaps "not meaningfully improvable". I don't want to suggest the user to improve it because of the same reason. Even if it's written so it's clear, it's still a duplicate.
I'm complaining here because these are the sorts of questions we'd be getting on the Staging Ground. What exactly should be done about them? Do we sit down and spend half an hour or more on explaining to the user how they should be posting code instead of a photo of their monitor and also how to clearly explain what they are after?
Because if the end result is still a closure, does it matter? Or do we just explain to them what they are asking about and make sure the question doesn't get posted, since they got a response?
Or do we not do any interactions with OP and just VTC? I think SG was supposed to have this functionality. Although, it does run counter to the educational side of SG.
I'm not sure how SE reconcile the education vs posting these kinds of questions which, IMO, shouldn't be here.
