Also, fun fact: you can only flag the bot comments as NLN. No other options.

That sorta makes sense, though.
Well, no. You should definitely be able to custom-flag them.
But not being able to flag as "unfriendly" or "harassment" is reasonable.
You will soon be shocked to see how many "unfriendly" and "harassment" flags we get on completely innocuous comments, like "Does this answer your question ... ?"

@CodyGray I have been ranting about this since it started..
For multiple reasons, one being chicken reviewers..

Chickens make for very bad reviewers. They are very slow, since they have to peck on each key. Using the mouse is also a problem for them. Also, the whole thing that they aren't very computer savvy. Or literate (at least most of them).
