I'm old enough to remember "Puff, the Magic Dragon" lyrics being decried for "promoting the use of hallucinogenic drugs". In response, the group put on their prism-spectacles and revealed a similar lightly-veiled message could be found in the words of the American National Anthem... One sees what one wants to see. @RyanM In fairness, it's just a VSC question. I don't think the language makes a difference. It should be the same for all languages that have multiline comments with /* */ - JS, C#, Java, etc. Unless it's really specific issue with just PHP. But the question doesn't include this detail (or almost any, really).
