A user I previously custom flagged as spamming a product "moonmail" via invalid tag wiki edits have resurfaced. Example: stackoverflow.com/review/suggested-edits/15173777

Currently SD doesn't monitor tag wiki edits right?

to monitor edits there are other bots.

Thank you to all the bot owners for filling out the survey that's been pinned the last week. Below are the results. These will help determine areas we'd need to cover if/when this unifying framework project is discussed further.

	 - Form filled out for 12 bots
	 - 9 Bots run under a dedicated account for the bot
	 - 10 bots require a reputation level of 20 (chat privileges), 2 require 50 (flagging privileges)
	 - Areas of SO the bots watch (with different activities performed in each):
	   - Questions
	   - Close Vote Reviews
	   - Comments
	   - Answers
	   - Chatroom
	   - Badges

If it gets us closer to an official chat API, I'm happy to help
