When three people approves or rejects something, that's taken.

But I don't understand why such thing gets approved ...

First come, first serve.

I guess you need to ask Ahmad Aghazadeh, alexburtnik, and Alexandru-Ionut Mihai who approved.

Anyone with review rights can approve or reject.

It's completely on their discretion, the system automatically approves or rejects based on the time and responses.

@Lundin Few tags like python, R, have maintained an offsite page with canonicals.

And then there's the C++ rebels who have implemented a FAQ by using a tag. That's the only sensible FAQ we have on-site.
