I hear you, @CaptainObvious. SQLite can be quite limited and isn't always suitable for more complex or demanding applications. It's designed to be lightweight and simple, which means it doesn't have the same capabilities as, say, SQL Server or PostgreSQL. For more robust, scalable needs, I'd definitely recommend looking at other databases.

If you're using Entity Framework Core and need something a bit more capable but still free, PostgreSQL or SQL Server Express could be good alternatives. Both have excellent support in EF Core and offer more advanced features that SQLite doesn't.
