good morning to all. Is there anybody who knows the complete succesful way to run a cmd.exe inside IIS (Win 10 Pro x64 v.2004)? I have tried almost everything suggested

i've tried code inside my Form.cs (System.Process.Start...) with no luck. Inside VS2012 embedded IIS works fine but when I try this in IIS Web Server the result is nothing. Thnx in advance :)

@ΒασίληςΠαππ For one, start using a more modern IDE. VS Community 2019 is free for personal use.

What kind of .exe is it you're trying to run? A .NET web service?

@d4rk4ng31 Depends on what you do with it I guess. Try starting with the business logic and working your way outwards, then on the outermost layer map the data into the model. What is this application supposed to do with this data? Is it one big entry that gets shoved into storage? Are people making graphs from it? Maybe one big object per entry suffices. Do you do calculation across it? Maybe a Dictionary<int, List<Model>> would help you better organize by IP. Or maybe several smaller models.

@Squirrelkiller The 20 sensors are boolean which will be used to determine if the parameter they measure is functioning, and an alert will be generated accordingly

I have a class derived from Label, which object instances are created by Activator.CreateInstance when XamlReader.Load does its work. I need to do some post processing of the loaded object. Is there some like AfterXamlRead event where I can grab it?

I guess the value gets set when the control gets loaded and rendered by xaml, so at first will always be empty

I wouldn't try to add a hook in how Labels work.. you could get yourself into trouble that way
