The con is I must stick with that mouse for that game, because Im used to it with body memory

some games work better with keyboard and mouse than others

For the MMORPG's I thing larg amount of buttons is innecesary in the mouse, only a couple of additional buttons that can be pressed using the thumb are needed. You do map them to CTRL and to ALT and you have all your keybindings accesed fast
