@zx8754 it is an appartment close to the office in The Hague, while I'm living in Maastricht (a 2hr drive from The Hague)

@eliasah atm buying is a lot cheaper than renting in The Netherlands (mainly due to the low interest rates)

and what the down payment ratio for the price of the house ?

@eliasah 0% on the bare price; transaction costs (notary, estate agent, mortgage advice, etc) you have to pay yourself

Because here we need to have 10% of the bare price

and the transcation costs you'll need to pay yourself

if you are lucky enough, you can get one credit

@Jaap what what? So you say: I buy, and sort out legals, and start paying off the mortgage, no deposit?

(though I will pay about 10% from my savings)
