the fact that shiny apps cannot access the host's environment vars when using docker is pretty frustrating

@DavidArenburg There is a "nonspacing mark" symbol "combining latin small letter o". And there are lots of them. Chrome have a bug, that multiple such symbols are not combined as they should be.
In Edge it's OK.
Unicode can be tricky and buggy.
