I have been tasked with developing a chatbot that utilizes OpenAI's APIs in innovative ways. To achieve this, I have implemented a chatbot using Streamlit, featuring distinct personality traits and emotional predispositions. This chatbot is designed to become a subject matter expert in any specified domain, with the primary objective of providing accurate responses. If a user poses a question that falls outside the chatbot's area of expertise, it will either refrain from answering or indicate that the inquiry is beyond its knowledge scope.
