@CaptainObvious 300 records. Synchronously 11ms and Asynchronously forever. As vlaz mentioned yesterday, it is indexing issues. Context.Table1.Include(x => x.Table2.Where(...)).ToListAsync(); creates subquery for table2 with non-indexed columns in where.
