Hey all, our team has a Standalone Jenkins Build Server that is trying to build a Sln solution. The sln solution application was built using a Visual STudio 2010 on a separate computer. On the JEnkins Build Server, running build on said sln solution gives the following error: The type or namespace name AnalysisServices does not exist in the namespace Microsoft

I was searching the internet, and I found that the error has to do with needing ADOMD.NET which is part of SQL server Feature packs, but we do Not have SQL SERver on the Build Server. Furthermore, we would Not want to install SQL SErver on the Build Server since that would also be a Bad Practice.

@crazyTech Well referencing random dependencies and not including them in source control with your code is also bad practice. You'll have to bin deploy (copy the dll's from the feature pack into a lib folder or something)
